Pet Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. If you do not have a leash, please tell a staff member and we will provide one for you.

Exam Room Policy

While in the exam room, we can not allow you to restrain your pet. Please allow the doctor and staff to restrain him/her. Our staff members are trained how to properly restrain an animal and will not be responsible if your pet injures you.

Boarding Policy

All pets must be current on vaccinations in order to board in our facility. Proof of vaccinations, such as a vaccine certificate, is required for each pet. Canine vaccine requirements are: Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfluenza), Bordetella, and Leptospirosis. Feline vaccine requirements are: Rabies and FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia).

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, Cash and Personal Checks.
